Kids Music Week 2008

** Available for children who have completed K-5 through 6^th grade immediately following VBS/VBX each day.
Kids Music Week costs $25 per child (please make checks out to FBC on the Square). This includes lunch for your child each day and is followed by a musical production on Sunday, July 20 at 7:00 pm and a Parent’s Night Out.

	YES, I would like my child to attend Kids Music Week. I will pick my child up by 2:00 pm each day.
	NO, my child will not be staying for Kids Music Week. I understand that my child has to be picked up by 12:00 noon each day.
