We are living in an age of wonderful opportunities with many options. The opportunities to share Christ and the harvesting of new family members for our Lord is better than it has been in decades – maybe even in our lifetime! In our age of options, we need to be aware of what we can offer to everyone so that the Gospel of Christ can be received by as many people as possible.
First Baptist Church on the Square provides a Music Ministry that strives to meet the music needs of every age level. We realize “tastes” are different. However, with the Great Commission in mind (to preach the Good News to everyone), we present a “middle-road” music experience so that people will be drawn to the worship at one time or the other! Your participation is very important and we would love for you to give of your time, talent or gift in this vital ministry for our Lord, and, if you have children, involve them in the educational and spiritual encounter.
I want to encourage you to consider the music ministry for your ministry at First Baptist Church on the Square. Whether or not you feel music is your area, please be involved in at least one major area of ministry in the church. I am here to discuss and give guidance in the area of your gift or talent.
