Women’s Ministry Surveys

Ladies, don’t forget to complete your ministry interest surveys so that we can help plan the studies, groups and fellowships to meet your needs!

Three Ladies Small Groups!

When Wallflowers Dance will be held on Wednesday evenings, led by Christy Lutz. When Wallflowers Dance by Angela Thomas is a fresh challenge to women who have lived hesitant, cautious lives but long to break free and dance! It's a reminder that God wants us to become strong, decisive, wise, creative, passionate, courageous - all the things we've dreamed of becoming. Using both Scripture and story, Angela Thomas addresses the attributes of "becoming" and the freedom we have in Christ to keep developing the characteristics that reflect our God-given longings. Cost of the book is $11.

Me, Myself and Lies, A Thought Closet Makeover by Jennifer Rothschild provides a personal study experience five days a week that encourages women to clean out the junk in their minds and replace hidden negative thoughts with positive truths from God's word. Words are powerful. Especially the words women speak to themselves. All too often, what they say to themselves when they lie in bed at night or look in the mirror in the morning is not even close to the words God wants them to speak to their souls. According to Rothschild, what we think about often has a ripple effect on nearly every area of our lives. Starting in mid-May, this 7-session group will meet on Sunday evenings in Room 1000, led by Patti Hoxsie, and the cost of the book is $12.

Here and Now...There and Then by Beth Moore is a study of the The Revelation, and it will be led by Katie Cottle on Monday mornings. Beth presents many points of view, allowing women to decide for themselves when the interpretation varies among scholars. She teaches that God is as specific about what He does reveal as He is about what He does not reveal. Contact Katie (Katiepcottle@hotmail.com) to register or for more info. Cost of the book is $10.
